1.Product Overview:
Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe production line developed and designed by ourselves based on advanced foreign technology. Mainly using polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials. Production of single and double wall corrugated pipes. Due to its unique structure, this pipe has the advantages of light weight, good impact resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and cold and heat resistance. It is widely used in urban drainage (water supply), geographical infiltration, construction water supply and drainage, PEF, wire and cable laying, bridge steel cable sheath, agricultural irrigation, and other fields.

1 Extruder Single-screw extruder: Simple structure and lower cost, suitable for applications with relatively low production requirements. Twin-screw extruder: Provides better plasticizing, mixing, and extrusion stability, supports a wider range of raw materials, and delivers higher production efficiency.
2 Corrugated Forming Machine Enables the installed corrugated forming module to operate continuously and stably, providing the necessary vacuum and cooling functions for corrugation. The module operating track design directly affects equipment service life and pipe quality.
3 Cooling System Supports water cooling, air cooling, or a combination of both. Water cooling provides high cooling efficiency, rapidly reducing pipe temperature and improving production efficiency and pipe quality. Air cooling has a simpler structure and lower cost, suitable for applications where cooling speed is less critical.
4 Cutting Equipment Planetary cutter or fully automatic corrugated pipe cutter precisely cuts the formed double-wall corrugated pipe to the preset length, ensuring high cutting accuracy and smooth cutting edges.
5 Control System An advanced PLC control system enables precise and coordinated control of the entire production line.
It monitors and adjusts key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed in real time to ensure stable operation and consistent product quality.
